Aged for a min of 30 days, this cow cheeses’ tender structure has evenly distributed holes. This fabulous reddish brown cheese is great for pairing with fruity white wines or even a lager beer. The aromatic hint of Barbera wine’s acidity counteracts the creamy taste of Barberosso.
