Every piece of pork fillet we get is coated with salt, paprika, garlic, oregano, and a few other spices. After that, we place it in natural casings and let it cure for a period of three to four months in our specialized drying rooms.

Every piece of our charcuterie is sold by weight. To calculate the right price for the charcuterie you wish to purchase, each piece will have a price displayed based on the average weight. Your card will be pre-approved during checkout for the estimate. After your order has been weighed and shipped, the correct charge will be applied.
When deciding upon our selection of cured meats, please be reminded that all our products are sold by weight. The price of each product is displayed per 100 grams. This helps you to have a clear idea of the cost of your purchase, even should there be a slight variation in weight or size of your order.
