About the product
The fished product is processed within 24 hours of capture. Selected, manually eviscerated anchovies are pressed in brine for their maturation period. Anchovies are then washed, deprived of their inedible parts (fins, tails) and filleted. The product is preserved in sunflower oil and packed in heat-sealed “boat” trays.
Typical mild taste and smell of anchovies. Its meat is pinkish brown, uniform in colour.
Product needs to be refrigerated.

Using only fresh fish and ancient processing methods, this salty and silky anchovy fillets are marinated in sunflower oil and vinegar. Anchovies are fished during high season, in open waters of the Sicilian coast, and are quickly processed to preserve and guarantee their maximum freshness. Firm, fleshy and with clear accents of the sea, these anchovy fillets are great on salads, pizzas, as a simple snack or even on toast or tapas.
