Charcuterie items are sold by weight so you pay only for the portion sent to you. The price that you see is just an estimate based on the average weight of each piece. When you check out, your card will be authorized for this amount. Then, once the product has been weighed and is ready for shipment, the actual charge can be put based on the weight of the product.

The prices of the cured meats are always given per 100 grams. This way, when you order any item that eventually weighs or dimensions slightly differently on shipment, you can be assured of clear, transparent pricing.
